Cancelation Policy

We understand there are times that withdrawing from an event is necessary,
however due to the nature of planning large events our
cancellation policy is as follows:

 

Shabbaton Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations prior to the week of the event will receive a full refund

2. Cancellations within a week of the event will receive 50% credit towards the next Shabbaton

3. Cancellations with in 3 days of the event will receive no refunds

Cancellation Process

In order to cancel a Shabbaton registration, either the participant or their parent/guardian must notify the Regional Office by phone of the cancellation at 410-358-6279.  Notifying a chapter advisor, representative, or local Rabbi is not sufficient, and no refund can be made in such cases.
